- It is necessary to guarantee citizen mobilization and ownership of what is agreed. This can be done by reproducing content in everyday and understandable language, using reasoning and means that are accessible and close to all citizens.
- It is important to have large-scale replicators and trainers to expand pedagogy exercises.
- Greater continuity and support are required after the demobilization and accreditation of those who have laid down arms.
